Eligibility to Use bm880

Account Registration and Security

To access bm880 services you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. bm880 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point using the information provided at registration or subsequently supplied by you.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person. You must notify bm880 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bm880 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each player may hold only one active account; any duplicate accounts found will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on bm880 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bm880 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. bm880 does not charge fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) checks before processing. bm880 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time. bm880 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited in error must be reported immediately; bm880 will endeavour to rectify such errors but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bm880 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements. Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The calculation of wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to any bonus are set out in the specific promotion terms.

bm880 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, the placement of opposing bets, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure. bm880's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use bm880 for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform. Specifically prohibited conduct includes: using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform; engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to any betting market; using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location; and opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or promotional offers.

bm880 employs active fraud detection and risk management systems. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or detected, bm880 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the account; void any bets or transactions placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold any winnings pending investigation; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. Any losses suffered by bm880 as a result of prohibited conduct may be recovered from the player.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bm880. Any unauthorised use of bm880 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm880 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if bm880 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bm880 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

bm880's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bm880 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bm880's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

bm880 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bm880 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by bm880 in its reasonable discretion. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bm880 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
